Day One.

Okay, so today was Day One of ABC.
I ate:
an apple (negative calorie)
half a grape (1 calorie, I think)
two pieces of toast (bread [160] butter [70])
juice (110)
Total: 241 calories.
(Maximum was 500)

When I got up this morning, I read for an hour, then went on msn, ate around 2 (everything), and then I went out to the city and hung out with friends. When I got home, about 30 minutes ago, I watched tv, now I'm waiting for a friend to come over, so I know I wont eat again tonight.

ABC: Ana Boot Camp

I'm sure you've heard of this diet before. If not, it's simple. It's a fifty day calorie restriction diet.
The days can be switched around a bit to fit your lifestyle, and if you binge one day, fast the next.
I am going to be starting this diet up as soon as my period is over, so in a few days.
So, here it is:

Day 1: 500 calories (or less)
Day 2: 500 calories (or less)
Day 3: 300 calories
Day 4: 400 calories
Day 5: 100 calories
Day 6: 200 calories
Day 7: 300 calories
Day 8: 400 calories
Day 9: 500 calories
Day 10: FAST
Day 11: 150 calories
Day 12: 200 calories
Day 13: 400 calories
Day 14: 350 calories
Day 15: 250 calories
Day 16: 200 calories
Day 17: FAST
Day 18: 200 calories
Day 19: 100 calories
Day 20: FAST
Day 21: 300 calories
Day 22: 250 calories
Day 23: 200 calories
Day 24: 150 calories
Day 25: 100 calories
Day 26: 50 calories
Day 27: 100 calories
Day 28: 200 calories
Day 29: 200 calories
Day 30: 300 calories
Day 31: 800 calories

Hey!

Hey, so, I've recently decided to start up a blog on weightloss, and promoting ana. I don't know if you can tell  or not, but I have another blog as well, profiling my life in general. Anyways, I'm going to try to update this site on a daily - weekly basis, so, I'll be posting quite a bit.
Now, I'll tell you a bit about myself.
I'm a female.
I'm 16 years old.
I'm 5'2.
I weigh aproximately 105 pounds. (I don't have a scale, so it is hard for me to check my weight often)
I started being worried about my weight when I was in Grade 6.
I'm in Grade 11.
I want to weigh 85 - 90 pounds, by 2011 hopefully.
